As an IT Consultant I was responsible for implementations of Exact Online, Twinfield and Basecone at customers. I also gave objective advice to clients regarding process optimization and the use of IT within the organization. In some cases this resulted in an implementation process in which I guided the customer. 

More than 90% of Witlox Van den Boomen’s customers used Twinfield at the time. However, Twinfield is not sufficient for every company, so there was an increasing demand for knowledge and skills of Exact Online. I have expanded my existing knowledge of Exact Online with a full certification as a result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IT Consultant at BDO The Netherlands<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initially I was responsible for the implementation of AccountView at BDO, but this was soon followed by Exact Globe and SAP Business One.

Because of the experience I gained as an implementation consultant, I was asked to supervise implementations as a project leader. Since 2010 I have been able to supervise various projects. I was responsible for the coordination between the various parties, the progress, the budget and the result of the project.

From 2012 I was part of the BDO Online ERP team. This team was responsible for bringing the Microsoft Dynamics NAV product to market as a SaaS service. My role within this team was mainly pre-sales consultant and implementation consultant.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was responsible for the implementation of the accounting program AccountView and the CRM program SuperOffice. This involved independently executing the entire process from the first inventory, answering customer questions, setting up the software, describing business processes to giving training (from beginners to advanced) to the end users and administrators. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
